Alaska's Clearwater Lodge
Bill, Tim, and I are thrilled that our trip to your lodge turned out to be so great. As this was a company trip, it was vital to us that our employees and partners were treated well, and your staff excelled in every aspect imaginable......... The fishing was tremendous and I personally want to thank our guide Joe for his patience in working with me on my casting....employees are eagering awaiting next year's trip to the lodge.

General Information about the
Lodge, Guest Rooms, Guest Cabin
The Lodge
| Clearwater Lodge is located at the outlet of Lake Iliamna where the world famous Kvichak River starts. |
|
|
| The lodge is tucked into the trees on a small rise overlooking Lake Iliamna and the Kvichak River. This exclusive property was first homesteaded in the early 1960's and the lodge was built in 1970-1971 making it one of the first fishing lodges in Bristol Bay. There have been many major remodels since the initial lodge opening, and now our Guests enjoy private bathrooms in each room or suite, as well as individually controlled heaters in each room, along with private entrances to each room. |

| The lounge area has large windows to allow our Guests to enjoy the view of the lake and river. Moose can occasionally be seen, as well as quite a few Caribou can be seen migrating through from year to year. |
| And of course, there is a cute fox that thinks the lodge is his home and so comes out every evening. |
|
| With almost 24 hour sunshine for most of the summer, it never gets dark at night, however during the famous late season fall rainbow fishery (September and October), it finally starts to get dark again. |

| Our Guest Rooms in the main lodge are arranged as a wing on the Main Building. Each Guest Room has private door to the outside which allows the Guest easy access to and from his room. |

All of our Guest Rooms are double occupancy with Private Bathrooms. All of our Guest Rooms, Suites, and Cabins have private bathrooms, so there's no need to share bathroom facilities with other Guests. |

All of out Guest Rooms, Suites, and Cabins have private bathrooms. Not many lodges in Alaska can give their Guests this luxury. |

Our Guest Cabin

We have a Guest Cabin as well as the Guest Rooms in the main lodge. The Guest cabin is located only about 50 yards away and has great views of Lake Iliamna. |
| Many of our Guests prefer the added remoteness of the Guest Cabin. It has all the amenities of our Guest Rooms, such as private bathroom, electricity, heater, etc. |
